Introducing big news. We’re making some changes to the Wish Local program. We’ve been listening to store feedback and the voices of 90M+ monthly Wish shoppers. As our community continues to grow, we’re adapting our programs to work better for you and your customers.
What does this mean for your business?
Providing more support for local businesses is our top priority. We are committed to improving the pickup experience for you and for customers.
On November 1, 2021, we will be discontinuing certain features and adding new ones to our program. We are introducing these changes to assist with improving inventory management within the Wish Local App, reduce the excess packages in stores, and boost local foot traffic.
After careful consideration, we’ve decided to discontinue the following programs and features:

We understand these changes may impact all Wish Local participants. To better help you understand these changes, here are a few FAQs.
Beginning November 1, 2021, customers will not be able to place new Sell on Wish orders.
Customers will have 7 days to pick up any Sell on Wish items purchased before November 1, 2021. Any pending Sell on Wish orders will appear in the ‘Prepare upcoming pickups’ section in the Home tab of the app until the end of the customer pickup window on November 8, 2021.
Following the pickup window, customers will still have a 7-day return period for their Sell on Wish purchases made before November 1, 2021. Customers will be unable to make Sell on Wish returns after November 15, 2021.

*If you would like a list of your Sell on Wish products, please download your listings from the Products page of your Store Dashboard before November 1, 2021.
On November 1, 2021, we’ll remove the Listings tab from the app, and you will not be able to post new Sell on Wish listings.
Existing Sell on Wish listings will be removed from the app and the Wish platform on November 1, 2021.

Yes, effective November 1, 2021, you will continue to have access to your Store Dashboard account. However, you will not be able to complete any actions related to Sell on Wish in your Store Dashboard account.
If you would like a list of your Sell on Wish products, please download your Sell on Wish product information before November 1, 2021.

Download your listings from the Products page of your Store Dashboard.
If you’re interested in more options for selling your products on the Wish platform, we encourage you to check out Wish for Merchants.
Please note, to become a Wish Merchant, you will need to make a new account. Your Wish Merchant account credentials will need to be different from your Wish Local login information.
Following November 1, 2021, we’ll stop sending Pickup Now inventory shipments to stores.
We will continue to help send Ship to Store orders when Wish customers select your store as their pickup location at check-out, which means more foot traffic, more sales, and new regular customers for your business!
Customers will have 7 days to pick up any orders containing Pickup Now items purchased before November 1, 2021. All pending orders will appear in the ‘Prepare upcoming pickups’ section in the Home tab of the app until the end of the customer pickup window on November 8, 2021.
If a customer would like to request a refund, they can do so through the customer support section of their Wish shopping app or by emailing support@wish.com.
On November 1, 2021, we’ll remove any remaining unsold Pickup Now inventory from the Wish platform and Wish Local app. We will contact you soon with further instructions for any remaining Pickup Now inventory in your store.

How will this impact customer pickup options?
On November 1, 2021, we will remove the Local Delivery and Curbside Pickup sections from the Account tab of the app. Please note, October 29, 2021, will be the last day customers can place Local Delivery orders. Unfulfilled Local Delivery orders will be canceled on November 1, 2021.
Customers will continue to pick up Wish orders in your store. You will also still earn a commission on every eligible pickup and have opportunities to upsell your products to new customers. Ship to Store packages and repurchased packages are both eligible for in-store pickup.

We will continue to send Ship to Store orders when Wish customers select your store as their pickup location at check-out.
Customers will pick up their Ship to Store orders in your store, which creates opportunities for you to get to know shoppers in your area and upsell your products. You will also continue to earn a commission on every eligible pickup.
