No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chance of winning. Must be 18 years old to enter.  Entry Period ends Feb. 29, 2020 at 11:59pm PDT. Maximum of one entry per participant.

Entry Period: Begins Jan. 21, 2020 and ends Feb. 29, 2020 at 11:59pm PDT.

Method of Entry: Participants can generate one entry by: (a) making a purchase on Wish using a promotional code from a Wish Pickup Location; or (b) sharing the phrase: “Download the Wish app, and use promo code: XXXXXXX for up to 80% off your first purchase!” on accepted social media outlets (IG, FB, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok) AND sending a screenshot or a link to the post to  Maximum of one entry allowed regardless of method of entry.

Eligibility: This contest is open to: individuals 18 years or older, with valid Wish accounts.  Void in Canada, Puerto Rico, Italy and where prohibited. 

Drawings: Two potential winners will be selected randomly by Wish on or near March 18, 2020. 

Chance of Winning: A participant’s chance of winning is dependent on the number of entrants.

Prize Claim: Potential winners will be contacted at the email address associated with their Wish account.  Each potential winner is responsible for monitoring his or her email for notification and receipt of other communications related to this sweepstakes.

Promotion Sponsor: This promotion, Referrals iPhone Giveaway  (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by ContextLogic Inc. d/b/a Wish (“Administrator”).  This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook and participants agree that neither Instagram nor Facebook shall have any liability to them related to this promotion. Any questions about this sweepstakes should be directed to the Official Wish Instagram account.

Additional Terms:

Wish App: Use of the Wish app is governed by the Wish Terms of Use.  Use of personal information is governed by the Wish Privacy Policy.

General Conditions: Administrator reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.  Administrator reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  Potential winners will need to complete releases, an affirmation of compliance with these Official Rules and applicable tax forms (e.g. W-9). Winners will be solely responsible for any taxes incurred in claiming a prize, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize.   Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. Administrator will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize(s).

Release: By accepting any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Administrator from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.  Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to our use of the winner’s name (first name and initial of last name), address (City and State), likeness, voice and/or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Limits on Liability: To the extent allowed under applicable law, Administrator shall not be responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (b) lost, late, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries; (c) any technical or human error or unauthorized human intervention which may occur in the processing of Promotion entries or in the administration of the Promotion; (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property including to an  entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or from downloading any material from Administrator’s website or app, regardless of whether Administrator or a third party prepared the material and regardless of whether the material is connected to Administrator’s website by a hypertext link.
