If COVID-19 regulations are keeping your store closed, we’ve found a solution to help you continue to sell your inventory and fulfill Pickup Now orders while following the rules of your area. You can now remove In-store Pickup as an option and enable Local Delivery instead.
Note: If you have also opt-ed into Curbside Pickup and would like to discontinue, you will have to remove that program separately by going to your account and selecting Curbside Pickup then turning off the program.
To remove In-store Pickup, and select Local Delivery, follow the instructions below:
1. From your home screen, select the Account tab.
2. Once in the “Account” tab select “Store Hours”.
3.) Turn on the option to be Closed due to COVID-19, and be sure to “Save Changes”.
If you are interested in continuing to fulfill Pickup Now orders and/or are currently using Wish to sell your items, you will have to continue the Local Delivery sign-up process so that you have a way to deliver your orders. Hit “Learn More” to continue the process.
Note: You may need to hit the “Learn More” button twice, depending on the programs you have signed up for
4.) Choose “Get Started” to view the tutorial on Local Delivery, then select “Got It” to proceed.
5.) Select your preferred delivery radius, then press “Save” to complete the process. You’ll see a screen that confirms your sign up!
