We’ve improved the Notes feature in the latest app update. After scanning a customer QR code, your package notes will appear with the 6-digit code, which can easily direct you to the location of the package(s).

Wish Local Expert Guide 

Have you ever accidentally confirmed a pickup without seeing the 6-digit package code?

If this ever happens to you, visit the Completed pickup orders section of your Activity Log. You can find your Activity Log in the In stock tab of the Wish Local app.

This section of the app will have the package code you need to fulfill the pickup and will aid in creating a positive customer service experience.
