Going away for the holidays? Here’s how to pause Wish Local
If you plan on traveling this holiday season, you may be wondering how to pause the Wish Local program while you’re away. By placing your store on vacation, you can avoid new shipments from reaching your store while it is closed. For assistance in scheduling your vacation, you can notify our team through the support hub in the Wish Local app. Please contact us 4 weeks in advance.
Reminder: Your store check-in window is 48 hours
When the Wish shipment has been delivered to your store, please complete your shipment check-in within 48 hours to ensure our Wish customers receive their orders as soon as possible.
Checking in your shipment early also helps packages get picked up faster. Need more help? Feel free to contact us!
Get to know your inventory management tools
On November 1st, we updated your Wish Local app experience. We aim to streamline the pick up process for you and the customers visiting your store by adding simplified Inventory Management Tools, shipment tracking, and item organization in the app. You can access these new tools by updating your Wish Local app. Click the button below to learn more!
We’ll be hosting a FB Live in December to teach you how to navigate the app with ease and share tips on how to be as efficient as possible. You’ll get to interact with other Wish Local stores and ask your questions to the team live.
